Production Supervisor 2.6 2.6 out of 5 stars 5132 Metric Rd, Laurens, SC 29360 We are looking to add to our growing team a Production Supervisor for our plant in Laurens, SC. This position will be working closely and training with our team to learn to performs a wide range of operational task and managerial procedures on a daily basis. This position will grow into a full Production Supervisor role to take help develop and train our second shift team and be responsible for numerous productions, inventory, and personnel related duties. We offer an excellent training program, and this opportunity is perfect for someone that is looking for career growth and development and open to relocation outside of South Carolina. This position will be helping to – Managing and leading a team of roughly 15 production employees Cross Training new employees Tracking material that are on site, both company stock and customer materials Inventory Control Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, technology preferred or equivalent previous experience and/or training. Previous leadership in a manufacturing setting Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced work environment.
