Lead and manage technicians, guiding them through installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks while fostering a collaborative work environment Coordinate schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient completion of projects and service calls Ensure quality standards are met by i nspecting and approving work to guarantee that safety regulations and high-quality standards are consistently met Provide technical support for challenging issues, helping your team overcome obstacles during installations or repairs Oversee the availability of tools, equipment, and supplies, ensuring technicians have what they need to succeed Address client concerns, manage expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction with the team’s performance Train and develop team members by offering hands-on training and professional development Enforce compliance with safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a secure working environment
