We’relooking for a Group Lead to manage a team of techniciansresponsible for validation testing and daily operations in amanufacturing line environment. This hands-on leadership role is fully embedded on the factoryfloor. You will coordinate testing activities, ensure the team &vehicle systems meet safety and quality standards, and supporttroubleshooting during production. The Group Lead will work closely with engineering, production, andcommissioning teams to keep testing on track and drive continuousimprovement. What your day-to-day will look like: Lead a team of technicians in validation testing during railcar production Assign daily tasks based on schedule, readiness, andstaffing Interpret test procedures and technical documentation to guideaccurate execution Support troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, and softwareissues Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality to resolveissues Track test progress, ensure documentation, and escalatedelays Promote safety, enforce standards, and drive continuousimprovement To thrive in this role, you: Anticipate bottlenecks and proactively adjust teampriorities Empower and develop technicians to grow technical skills andownership Have a proven track record of leading teams to exceptionalresults in a manufacturing or testing environment within the last 5years Communicate with confidence across all levels
