Our client, manufacturer of automotive components, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, time management and decision making skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
3rd shift, 11pm-7am Mon-Fri
What’s the Job?
Ensure all associates are trained in safe practices and verify compliance
Monitor and maintain all processes and running conditions to specified limits
Monitor and control WIP (work in process) to ensure proper balance and flow through the process
Provide assistance and adjust manpower as required to address issues
A minimum of 80% of the time should be spent on the floor, monitoring all processes
What’s Needed?
At least 2 years post-secondary education
At least 2-4 years Supervisory experience in Manufacturing
Good Communication Skills
Leadership skills
Computer skills
