$60,000•$80,000 per year + Relocation Assistance Are you a results-driven leader with experience in poultry processing? Join our team as a 2nd Processing Production Supervisor on the Day Shift and play a crucial role in ensuring efficiency, quality, and team development in our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production in the second processing department, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to quality standards. Lead and coach a team of production employees to maximize performance and maintain a safe work environment. Monitor and enforce compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with other departments to drive efficiency and meet production goals. Analyze production data and implement process improvements to optimize yield and reduce waste. Maintain inventory control and manage labor costs within budget.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in poultry processing or food manufacturing preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Knowledge of food safety regulations, OSHA standards, and HACCP procedures. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
