Sheet Metal Superintendent:
Oversee and coordinate all aspects of sheet metal fabrication and installation projects Lead a team of sheet metal mechanics, providing guidance, training, and support as needed Interpret project blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication and installation Plan and schedule workflow to meet project deadlines and budget requirements Monitor and enforce safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success Manage material procurement, inventory, and utilization to minimize waste and maximize efficiency Maintain accurate records of project progress, labor hours, and materials used
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and installation Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
