Job Description
Our client, a global leader in advanced manufacturing, is seeking a
- Production Manager
- to lead operations in their fast-paced facility in the greater Spartanburg area. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, values team development, and drives operational excellence through strategy and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
- + Lead and coach supervisors and production teams across all shifts + Ensure quality, efficiency, and delivery targets are consistently met + Approve and maintain standard work to support productivity and build quality + Analyze customer demand and align production capacity accordingly + Manage staffing, employee records, and shift coverage + Oversee departmental budget and communicate key performance metrics + Support customer visits and communicate action plans to senior leadership + Plan and lead product changeovers and new product launches + Identify and develop high-potential talent within the production team •
Qualifications:
- + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required + Strong background in production management within a manufacturing environment + Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills + Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint + Knowledge of manufacturing KPIs, quality systems, and lean principles

Preferred Qualifications:
- + Proven ability to coach and develop production supervisors + Experience with process audits, quality checks, and continuous improvement tools + Familiarity with customer-driven environments and managing operational risk

Pay Details:
- $100,000.
