Manufacturing Supervisor – Limited Term – 2nd Shift Position Available In Spartanburg, South Carolina

From the engineers who design large-scale production systems and cutting-edge quality assurance tools to the hands-on associates who manage our massive inventory flow, they make up a diverse group of behind-the-scenes team members dedicated to the success of our organization. This full time, benefits-eligible role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a dedicated project expected to be completed by 8/9/2026. While the position is limited-term, you’ll gain valuable experience and make a meaningful impact throughout the project’s timeline. There is potential for further opportunities within the organization upon project completion, though continued employment is not guaranteed.

Education and Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years production experience of multi-discipline electronics equipment Minimum 1 years of production leadership experience

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience from telecom and/or energy products Undergraduate technical degree or similar experience Certificates in safety, first aid and emergency management Leader in process management Good communication and cooperation with supervisors and coworkers Have the ability to work independently, take initiatives and lead the team Excellent communication skills Applicants must have assembly production expertise, with supervision experience and be a great team player, yet humble enough to roll up your sleeves and get into the details Visa sponsorship not available for this role

Compensation:

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role’s location and is subject to change based on work location.
