Job Summary
We are seeking a Production Lead for a bakery and frozen foods manufacturer that is expanding their operations. We have a modern 135,000 sq ft facility. This is a 1st shift position.
Job Qualifications and Duties
Prior experience in a manufacturing, operational, packaging or distribution environment or related industry
Working knowledge of General Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), HACCP, Federal Drug Administration (FDA), USDA United States Department of Agriculture and OSHA requirements.
Demonstrated ability to effectively mentor and train others
Responsible for assisting the supervisor in overseeing the production workforce
Create production line schedules.
Supervise up to 25 employees.
