Shift:
3rd Shift | Sunday-Thursday, 9:30 PM – 5:30 AM
HTI is partnering with a leading Tier 1 automotive supplier to recruit a Production Supervisor for their Spartanburg, SC manufacturing facility. This full-time role on 1st shift is responsible for overseeing assembly operations, leading production teams, and ensuring safety, quality, and delivery goals are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily production activities within your designated area
Train, certify, and develop team members according to job requirements and skill matrix
Ensure all safety, quality, and production standards are followed and exceeded
Drive on-time delivery and production throughput in line with customer schedules
Address employee concerns and support a positive, solutions-oriented team environment
Investigate incidents (injuries, near misses, equipment issues), identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
Track employee attendance and conduct corrective action in alignment with company policies
Monitor production boards, metrics, and system updates to reflect real-time performance
Support problem-solving efforts and collaborate with support groups to return processes to standard
Lead toolbox talks and reinforce safety, quality, and performance expectations
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
Experience in automotive manufacturing highly desirable
Strong leadership and communication skills
Physically capable of performing essential functions of the job with or without accommodation
Must wear steel toe boots and hard hats on site
Must meet U.S. export compliance requirements as a U.S. person
