Manage and lead crew environmental, health, and safety performance and practices. Monitor production and information flow paths to ensure objectives are being met. Communicate expectations and priorities with internal and external customers and suppliers. Plan, manage, and execute departmental operating plans and tactical operations. Engage teams in process improvement and problem-solving activities. What’s Needed? High School diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline preferred. Minimum of 5 years maintenance background, with supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of ABS or Lean Manufacturing principles. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Experience in a union environment is a plus. What’s in it for me?
