A leading company in Cleveland, TN is seeking a night shift Weekend Production Supervisor to join their leadership team. The position is responsible for coaching and guiding hourly employees to ensure excellence in customer service and timely delivery of production goals. The Production Supervisor will oversee operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and adherence to the highest quality standards, while fostering a clean and organized work environment. This position requires interaction across all levels of the organization, offering coaching, direction, and accountability to the team. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement, helping the company meet its strategic goals and business objectives.

salary:

$55,000•$70,000 per year
shift: Third
work hours: 6 PM•6:30 AM
education: Bachelors Responsibilities Champion and maintain a safe working environment through proactive initiatives. Lead the manufacturing team in meeting production schedules and exceeding customer expectations. Inspire, coach, and motivate shop floor employees to Continuous Improvement strategies to surpass goals in cost, productivity, quality, morale, and on-time delivery. Engage and empower employees, promoting decision-making and involvement to drive positive change across the business. Encourage innovation, continuous learning, and the adoption of lean manufacturing principles. Guide and support team members to achieve department-specific goals, value stream targets, and balanced scorecard metrics. Integrate Danfoss values and philosophies into the team’s culture and day-to-day operations. Oversee the training, assessment, and certification of operators, as well as cross-training initiatives to build team versatility. The essential functions of this role include:
