Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the bottling production team to ensure efficient operations. Monitor and maintain equipment for optimal performance. Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Oversee quality control to ensure all products meet company standards. Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and meet production goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a lead position in a manufacturing environment. High School Diploma or GED is required. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
