Shift Supervisor Schedule:

3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays as required.

Compensation and Appreciation:

Starting at $24 per hour as a temp, transitioning to $27 per hour once hired directly. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient processes, maintaining safety standards, and leading a team to meet production goals in a manufacturing setting. This role is crucial in optimizing logistics and inventory management while fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities Supervise 10 employees to ensure goals met in daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols. Providing guidance and support to enhance performance and productivity. Implement process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and increase efficiency. Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment. Conduct regular training sessions for staff on equipment operation, including forklift safety and best practices. Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management regarding operational efficiency. Resolve any operational issues that arise during the shift promptly and effectively.
