Pay:

Starting at $24 per hour as a temp, transitioning to $27 per hour once hired directly.

Schedule :

3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays as required. Training for about a month or month and a half

RAW MATERIALS

Analyze trends in Key Process Variables (KPV’s) to identify and correct potential off-process conditions and prevent the production of B-grade material. Review daily and weekly production schedules to ensure efficient, productive, and safe operations. Set optimal values for KPV’s (e.g., catalyst type, polymerization temperature profile, line speed) based on product specifications. Manage raw material inventory and supply (resin, fiberglass, catalysts) required for FRP production. Guide production personnel on KPV control methods across all stages of the manufacturing line. Collaborate with the Quality Department to inspect final products in accordance with ASTM D3841 and

ASTM D5319

standards Calculate raw material consumption for each production batch. Support quarterly and annual raw material inventory audits. Enforce safety and hygiene protocols across the production floor. Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma tools and techniques. Participate in root cause analysis for customer complaints and process non-conformities. Provide training and mentorship to new production employees.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in FRP or polymer-based production. Working knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing principles. Familiarity with ASTM quality standards related to FRP products. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production data systems (ERP/MES). #Leadership123
