Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and direct the daily activities of production team leaders and associates Develop and implement associate training plans to improve skills and teamwork Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment (5S, safety-first culture) Ensure production goals are met, including quality, delivery, cost, and efficiency Monitor and reduce process rejects and scrap through root cause analysis and Kaizen Promote a positive work environment and resolve performance issues through coaching Enforce company policies and procedures fairly and consistently Support production flow and accuracy using KANBAN and standardized work systems Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles Collaborate with other departments and international coordinators as needed Ensure on-time delivery and proper packaging to meet customer requirements

Qualifications:

Bilingual:

Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) Required 35 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent training and relevant experience Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, and visual management systems is a plus Must be dependable, solution-oriented, and team-focused Apply Today!
