Production Supervisor (Spanish) 2.5 2.5 out of 5 stars Midway, TN 37809 Requirements – Position requires three to five years’ supervisory experience, plus an associate degree or bachelor’s degree, or the equivalent – training and or experience. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).

Duties Include But Not Limited To :

Directing activities of Team Leaders Develop and implement training plans for associates Coaching and counseling as required Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment for all associates Responsible for maintaining customer quality requirements Responsible for productivity Responsible for process rejects Responsible for proper abnormality reporting and action Responsible for process improvements in safety and developing countermeasures for problems in the areas of, quality, scrap, and productivity Implementing philosophy to associates Maintaining manufacturing and operation standards, key quality check sheets, necessary packaging standards Responsible for manufacturing and shipping of products to customers on time Maintaining and adhering to KANBAN systems Directing KAIZEN activities for team members
