Team Lead Position Available In Maury, Tennessee

Team Lead in Spring Hill, TN 37174 Job Description As a Team Lead, you will provide direct supervision to employees and ensure the production line meets daily goals. You will manage a production line, collaborate with hourly associates to drive business, and partner with production supervisors to increase throughput. Occasionally, you may need to fill in for production workers due to absenteeism. You will be responsible for setting your team up for success, executing daily production goals, maintaining a safe work environment, and providing updates to production supervisors and managers. Responsibilities Supervise and manage a production line to meet daily production goals. Collaborate with hourly associates and production supervisors to enhance productivity. Step in for production workers as needed due to absenteeism. Ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Monitor team performance and provide regular updates to production management. Implement continuous improvement practices and mitigate downtime. Essential Skills Supervision Production management Experience in production and production support within manufacturing operations Track performance and mitigate downtime Safety and continuous improvement practices Additional Skills & Qualifications 2-3 years of experience as a team lead or supervisor Previous experience with an automotive supplier is ideal Experience managing production goals in a fast-paced environment Work Environment Work in a non-climate controlled, highly automated facility. • 4 PM) and 2nd shift (4 PM
• 4 AM), with potential shift adjustments to 6 AM
• 3 PM or 3 PM
• 12 AM as operations stabilize. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.02
