Position Overview:
We’re looking for an operator with some skidsteer and mini ex/excavator experience, but more importantly, someone who wants to do more than sit in a machine all day. This role is for someone who’s ready to be versatile, show initiative, and earn their way into a leadership position over time.
What You’ll Do:
Operate, skid steers, mini and mid-size excavators Assist the crew on the ground when needed Learn sitework, utilities, grading, and leadership skills Help set pace, maintain quality, and support the team wherever needed Grow into a foreman role as you prove your ability and work ethic
What We’re Looking For:
Some operating experience (mini ex, mid-size, or skid steers) Willingness to do more than just operate—help the crew, jump in wherever needed Self-starter attitude—you see what needs to be done and do it Long-term mindset—wants to grow into a leadership role CDL is a plus but not required No drama, no excuses, no hand-holding
