The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. This role is crucial for driving productivity, ensuring safety compliance, and fostering a positive work environment.

Night Shift Reports to: Operations Manager Direct Reports include: Team Leaders, Production Associates and Part Time Production Associates Duties Responsible for ensuring production schedules and deadlines are met …” – If production schedules and deadlines are not met, production will not meet demand and will not be able to make shipments which will result in loss of confidence and/or business with the customer as well as the potential of increased costs therefore affecting future business, profitability and the ability to conduct business. “Provide leadership, coaching and motivation to all team leaders and production associates …” – If associates are not motivated and successfully developed, employee morale will be poor which could result in lack of retention and successful union activity. “Facilitate the scheduling and effectiveness of all hourly production training …” – If production associates are not properly trained, the company will tend to be less efficient, producing more scrap / waste / defects, and less able to meet customer expectations, resulting in higher costs and potential loss of sales.
