Job Description:

gpac is currently working with a well-known food manufacturerthat has been providing fresh locally processed, high-qualityproducts for 30 years. They are actively searching for a ProductionSupervisor to add to their leadership team! They are looking forsomeone who can hit the ground running, responsible formanufacturing, efficiency, inventory, safety, maintenance for thedepartment and shift. Assessing needs and helping to achievecompany and facility goals in collaboration with other departmentsupervisors and management. They have an excellent group ofemployees that are highly trained and now they are looking for atrue leader.

MUST HAVE DAIRY MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities include:

• Manage and coach the team to success,insure manufacturing productivity and efficiency for the shift.
• Collaborate with other night shift departments.
• Follow andenforce all policies and procedures, both company and regulator
• Ensure safety of all employees
• Trouble shoot and work withMaintenance team.
• Communicate with the Management team on shiftperformance and production, both planning and issue resolution Theideal candidate holds:
• 3 years of experience in management withina dairy or pasteurization facility
• Need to be highly motivated,have great communication and leadership skills.
• Ability tooperate all equipment necessary to perform all manufacturingoperations.
• Familiarity working with data management programs.
• Strong understanding of GMP’s and Food Safety
