REQUIREMENTS

Duties include management of production employees, tooling maintenance and interaction with quality control to resolve quality concerns and questions. Duties to include enforcement and support of all company policies and procedures as set forth in the employee manual and quality manual.

Summary of essential job functions:

Will be responsible that all production run process parameters are within set up sheet parameters. This includes all work performed by subordinates. Document any parameter deviations by internal CCAR process. Complete Traceability and mold change forms Co-ordinate with Quality inspectors to insure containment of non-conforming product. Work with operational departments for tool repair/improvements. Will be required to perform mold/material changes Perform preventative maintenance on equipment Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Personnel Managerial Responsibilities:

Training and management of molding machine operators and parts trimmers

Physical Elements:

Lifting and carrying up to 60 pounds Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching Standing for long periods of time Climbing ladders Use of small hand tools The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being preformed by people assigned to this classification.
