Gpac is currently working with a well-known food manufacturerthat has been providing fresh locally processed, high-qualityproducts for 30 years. They are actively searching for a ProductionSupervisor to add to their leadership team! They are looking forsomeone who can hit the ground running, responsible formanufacturing, efficiency, inventory, safety, and maintenance forthe department and shift, assessing needs and helping to achievecompany and facility goals in collaboration with other departmentsupervisors and management. They have an excellent group ofemployees who are highly trained and are looking for a true leader.

Responsibilities include: Manage and coach the team to success,insure manufacturing productivity and efficiency for the shift.

Collaborate with other night shift departments. Follow and enforceall policies and procedures, both company and regulator Ensuresafety of all employees Trouble shoot and work with Maintenanceteam. Communicate with the Management team on shift performance andproduction, both planning and issue resolution The ideal candidateholds: 3 years of experience in management within a dairy orpasteurization facility Need to be highly motivated, have greatcommunication and leadership skills. Ability to operate allequipment necessary to perform all manufacturing operations.

Familiarity working with data management programs.
