Job Summary The Poultry Processing Line position is responsible for several different tasks and duties in the production line. These duties include positioning the product on the belt to feed X-Ray, slitter, and DSI machines for processing in the sizing department. Inspect the product and grade the finished product; sort it on the belt to separate primary and secondary products. Inspect the product for bones and remove them before and after processing. Place products on the line, flip, arrange, straighten, or remove them from the line as needed in the different positions. Achieve established product specifications. Inspect the raw and marinated product as it goes onto the conveyor belt before it’s cooked, as well as remove rejects. Inspect the product on the line and arrange it as needed to ensure it is “lying down” on the belt and that the pieces are not overlapping or touching. Typically, you will rotate on the line either before the fryer or the oven. Observe and arrange the product on the conveyor belt of the production line, removing rejects as needed. Pack bags of product into boxes, seal and label the boxes, and stack them to prepare the items for shipping. Employees typically rotate between similar positions on the Poultry Processing line. Qualifications • Minimum Qualifications (Required) Ability to perform duties as requested, directed, or assigned by the supervisor. Ability to follow instructions, willing to work overtime, including weekends as needed, and must have excellent attendance and good communication skills, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Achieve established output rates and product specifications, ability to assemble boxes, pack bags of product in boxes, seal and label boxes, as well as stack boxes to prepare the items for shipping, and ability to perform bag inspections according to the spec. • Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment (Not required, but a plus), strong focus and ability to work in a team-oriented environment, and the ability to learn multiple tasks. Self-motivated, strong time management and organizational skills. Must have excellent attendance and punctuality

Work Environment The Poultry Processing job takes place in the production floor that involves a fast-paced setting, requires flexibility and the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain focus and work efficiently as part of the team, handling frequently products and materials, work in a cold/worm environment (40F – 90F) while performing tasks, being exposed to a moderate noise levels, moving equipment and dry/wet areas wearing PPE all the time to follow the company’s Safety and Food Safety Polices. Physical Demands Employees must be able to stand, walk, and climb stairs for long periods (8+ hours). Use their hands for tasks, reach with their arms, and communicate verbally. Ability to move objects up to 50lbs. if necessary, moderate to heavy physical effort, ability to bend, and lift. Close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
