• Job Description
• The production winder operates and troubleshoots equipment, prepares materials for production, and selects the appropriate materials based on the production schedule.
• Duties and Responsibilities
• + Operating machine tool, chemical processing, assembly, or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards + Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods + Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products + Maintaining accurate daily production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis + Other duties as assigned •Qualifications•+ High school diploma; or 1-2 years vocational training/associate degree •Working Conditions•Indoor dusty, non-temperature controlled industrial manufacturing and warehouse environment.

Subject to varying cold and hot temperatures and occasional outdoor activities in hot or adverse weather.

• Physical Requirements
• + Ability to lift 50 pounds including use of lifting assistance devices + Ability to stand for extended period of time + Ability to kneel, bend, reach and stoop, twist, squat, and kneel as required + Ability to operate mobile equipment as required + This position has the potential to manage and handle hazardous materials and hazardous waste.
