The ideal candidates will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with various tools and equipment. As a Plant Worker, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and fabrication of products, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production process. Responsibilities Operate power tools and hand tools to assemble components and products according to specifications. Work on the assembly line to efficiently produce items while adhering to safety and quality standards. Fabricate parts as needed for production, ensuring precision and accuracy in all tasks. Utilize forklifts for the movement of materials within the warehouse and manufacturing areas. Experience in welding, welding machines, and automatic welders Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Perform routine inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning. Skills Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools effectively. Experience working on an assembly line or in a factory setting is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues with equipment. Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus; certification may be required. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability. Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output in all tasks performed.
