They will also serve as an asistant to our embroidery team. Responsibilities Operate and monitor heat press machines to produce components according to specifications. Set up and adjust tooling and machinery for optimal performance. Perform routine maintenance on press equipment to ensure reliability and efficiency. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks and production goals. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Requirements Proven experience as a Press Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with various types of machinery including CNC, lathe, milling machine, press brake machine, and tooling equipment. Experience operating forklifts is a plus. Strong understanding of machining processes and assembly line operations. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
