The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various task. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. As support staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. We are looking for that team member that knows there is no ” I ” in team. This position is warehouse work. This is also our busy season, while the work is NOT hard it is hot. Before applying, please know that attendance is critical and closely monitored. Responsibilities Assist in the picking orders, labeling books. Perform general site clean-up duties to maintain a safe and organized work environment. Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to the overall success of the project. Support skilled tradespeople by providing assistance with various tasks as required. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Skills Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Basic knowledge of construction or manufacturing processes is preferred but not required. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively in a team setting. Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to the job. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks performed.
