The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the assembly/cooking process, ensuring that products meet quality standards and are prepared for distribution. This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality protocols. Responsibilities Conduct quality checks on assembled/cooked food to ensure compliance with standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations during assembly. Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while operating kitchen and equipment. Experience Previous experience in assembly or similar roles is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems or food service operations is a plus. Experience in quick service fast food restaurants or culinary settings can be beneficial. Skills in upselling, sales, or food handling will enhance performance in this role. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
