Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Grain Plant Helper to join their team. As a Grain Plant Helper, you will be part of the production department supporting the operational team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

• What’s the Job?
• + Handle materials, weigh and bag products, including packaging in drums, bulk bags, or paper bags as needed.

+ Set up and operate bagging equipment and ensure proper handling of all associated materials. + Maintain accurate records of weights and measures associated with operations. + Utilize computer systems and software to track materials, shipments, and production data for inventory management. + Perform thorough housekeeping and cleanup of the assigned area at the end of each shift.

• What’s Needed?
• + Ability to operate forklifts and overhead cranes (certification required). + Basic math skills to calculate time, weights, and temperatures. + Computer knowledge to enter data into spreadsheets and databases. + Willingness to follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision. + Commitment to safety and compliance with company policies and regulations.
