Pay:
$16.50 per hour with increase eligibility after 90 days

Job Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the activities and production of team members Verify team member attendance and report absenteeism and tardiness to supervisor. Work with management and staff to meet customer needs Ensure team members work safety and according to company standards to meet quantity and quality standards Inspect equipment and report safety concerns to management Provide team with backup tools and track the repair of reported ones Review training to ensure all team members maintain proficiency of teams’ processes and procedures. Job Requirements High school diploma or GED required Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds Ability to operate a computer with little to no supervision Must be a team player.
