The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assembly line operations, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to lead a team effectively. As a Production Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Duties Supervise and lead production team members on the assembly line to ensure efficient workflow. Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines. Train new employees on equipment operation, safety protocols, and best practices for fabrication and assembly. Conduct regular inspections of machinery and tools, ensuring they are well-maintained and safe for use. Collaborate with management to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various assembly tasks. Maintain accurate records of production output, equipment usage, and employee performance. Experience Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is required. Familiarity with assembly line processes and warehouse operations is essential. Proficiency in operating forklifts is preferred but not mandatory. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Experience using power tools and hand tools in a production environment is highly desirable. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving production goals.
