Role:

The Production Team Lead I plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing team, ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and effectively. This position is responsible for coordinating team activities, managing workflow, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The Team Lead will also be instrumental in training and mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a leadership role. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles. Familiarity with production scheduling

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure timely completion of manufacturing goals. Monitor team performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity and quality standards. Conduct training sessions for new team members and ongoing development for existing staff. Implement and uphold safety protocols and quality control measures throughout the production process.
