The Manufacturing Coordinator is an important part of the manufacturing process. This is a full-time, in office position Monday-Friday. Duties Include- Schedule and oversee the daily production activities to ensure manufacturing goals are met efficiently and on time Build relationships with vendors and communicate professionally Ensure timely delivery of products by closely monitoring vendor performance and addressing any issues promptly Facilitate communication between production teams and upper management reporting on progress, challenges and potential delays Placing orders for materials and scheduling deliveries Assisting with Accounts payable and receivables Other duties as assigned Requirements Must be able to pass a drug and background screening Must be able to navigate a computer and work through different systems HS diploma or GED is required, related degree is a plus Must be detail orientated and able to handle multiple tasks Experience in AP/AR High school diploma or equivalent;
