PRODUCTION TEAM LEAD
for a local manufacturing company. This candidate will be a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Shop Team Leader to oversee production. Direct and manage the shop floor team, including machine operators and assemblers. Oversee daily production schedules, ensure timely deliveries of products. Promote and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents. Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards. Ensure all products meet quality standards. Identify training needs and facilitate skill development programs. Coach team members. Diagnose production issues and resolve conflicts. Prepare and present reports to management team. Requirements Ability to work in a manufacturing environment which may include standing for long periods of time, lifting and working with machinery. Able to pass drug and background screening. At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Carpentry experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent;
