If you are seeking excellent pay, benefits, and training and you have on-time attendance habits, want to work 48-56 hours per week then consider HPT. Pay starts at 20/hr. Also now offering a 2000 retention bonus spread out over 3 years. Qualified candidates for the production positions will have the following combination of skills and experience: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings. Ability to follow written and oral instruction. Excellent logic and reasoning skills. 1+ years of manufacturing production experience (Electrical manufacturing strongly preferred). Brazing experience is a plus. Experience in the electrical field is strongly preferred. Must have strong Mathematical Skills – Ability to add subtract and make calculations. Must be able to lift to 40lbs. Must have High School Diploma or GED.

Manufacturing:

1 year (Preferred).

Working Conditions:

Climbing, lifting, bending, kneeling, crawling, and carrying light to moderate loads ( 40 lbs.). Required to work at heights for long periods utilizing ladders, platforms, and lifts. Working with electrical equipment.

Reports to:

Department Supervisor.

Compensation:
