THE WORK
As a key leader in our team, you will provide oversight to a group of hourly employees, ensuring that all products are leted to the highest standards and delivered on time.
Your responsibilities will include:

Team Productivity & Safety:
- Leading your team to achieve high productivity levels while maintaining strict adherence to safety, quality, and cost requirements.

Shift Transition Management:
- Ensuring smooth transitions between shifts to maintain uninterrupted operations.

Timekeeping & Labor Auditing:
- Managing and approving employee timekeeping in SAP, conducting labor audits, and ensuring liance with Sikorsky’s labor reporting and time and attendance procedures.

Performance Management:
- Driving accountability by managing employee performance through reviews, coaching, training, and, when necessary, disciplinary actions.

Compliance & Standards Enforcement:
- Ensuring adherence to work methods, safety rules, and quality standards, and conducting regular checks to maintain these standards.

Safety & Housekeeping:
- Upholding Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) regulations, performing necessary equipment upkeep, and promoting good housekeeping practices.

Issue Resolution:
- Investigating discrepancies and coordinating with Operations, Quality, and Engineering Management to resolve issues promptly.

Budget & Policy Management:
- Managing both direct and indirect budgets while consistently applying and enforcing any policies and procedures.

Customer Interaction:
- Effectively interfacing with a variety of internal and external customers to ensure that Sikorsky’s itments are met.

National Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800
- $130,180.
For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
