DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties of a production utility person include but are not limited to the following: 1. Performs all jobs in the production area on an as needed basis. 2. Mixes large batches of material using formulas and bulk mixing equipment. 3. Blends and weighs finished materials, loads molds and operate assigned spinning equipment. Removes columns from spinning machines and stacks them in holding racks to finish curing. Conducts initial inspection of column quality and reports deficiencies to management. 4. Operates bucket cleaning machine and other housekeeping equipment. 5. Assists maintenance in mold upkeep, repair and set up. 6. Maintain a clean orderly, and safe work area free of trash and debris. 7. Responsible for quality and perform other duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Must be dependable. 2. Must have good mechanical comprehension. 3. Must be able to lift 80-120 pounds on a routine basis. 4. Position requires standing for the majority of an (8) eight hour shift.
