This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a bilingual environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the assembly and fabrication of products according to specifications. Support supply chain management activities by coordinating materials and resources effectively. Collaborate with team members in operations management to ensure smooth production workflows. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing production efficiency. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues during the production process. Maintain accurate records of production activities and assist in inventory management. Engage in process improvement discussions and contribute ideas for operational enhancements. Support the Production Manager with scheduling, documentation, and workflow coordination Translate production documents and facilitate communication between English- and Spanish-speaking team members Assist with training sessions and safety meetings in both languages Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering materials Help ensure compliance with production standards and timelines Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required. Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with tools and machinery. Familiarity with supply chain management concepts is a plus. Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly with colleagues. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality assurance in all tasks performed. Willingness to learn new skills related to production management and process improvement. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and operational challenges.
