The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that products are fabricated and assembled efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Duties Operate various hand tools and power tools to fabricate components as per specifications. Assemble products on the assembly line, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards. Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations. Assist in warehouse operations, including inventory management and material handling. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Experience Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with assembly line processes and warehouse operations is advantageous. Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting equipment issues effectively. Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment is a plus but not required. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when necessary.
