Production Worker One Solutions LLC 217 Thweatt Industrial Blvd, Dadeville, AL 36853 Overview We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidates will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience working with various tools and equipment. As a Production Worker, you will play a vital role in the assembly and fabrication of products, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. Duties Operate power tools and hand tools to assemble components according to specifications. Work on the assembly line to fabricate products efficiently and accurately. Utilize forklifts for moving materials and finished products within the warehouse. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery and handling materials. Requirements Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred. Proficient in using power tools, hand tools, and machinery relevant to production tasks. Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise. Ability to work effectively on an assembly line, demonstrating attention to detail. Experience operating forklifts is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. Must be able to lift and move materials as required by production tasks.
