The ideal candidate is detail oriented, able to multitask, possesses great time management skills, and has a strong work ethic.

Machine OperationLoad Proper Program and data to machineLoad product into equipmentLoad proper toolsFollow proper procedure to produce product on manual machines and lathesBackgroundApply correct surface finishes using various methods.

System Check-in and CheckoutReceive product from inventory and scan into work system.

Send product to appropriate departmentsSend finished product to inventory and scan outQuality ControlCheck product for any flaws in finish, design, and/or consistency (Small detail)Maintenance and Scrap ControlClean and oil machinesFill coolant (sprayers) and way oil units on machines

Minimum/Essential Qualifications:

EducationHigh School Diploma or GEDExperience2 years working in a production environmentSkill Sets Good verbal and written communication, ability to read and follow procedure cards, basic computer skills, ability to use digital calipers and attention to detailOther Punctuality, consistent quality of work, positive attitude, eager to learn, safety conscious, efficient, accountable, honest and motivated

Preferred Qualifications:

EducationTechnical certificate in Machine TechnologyExperience5 years experience in a production environment running CNC equipment

Compensation:

$15•19 per hour
