Position Summary:
Responsible for investigating, analyzing, repairing, and reporting on all issues affecting vehicle quality as it relates to water leaks and glass replacements in an automotive manufacturing environment.
Essential Functions:
Investigates all water leak and glass issues for root cause.
Analyze trend of water leaks and glass issues based on model, location, and type and provide daily report to management.
Communicate vehicle quality issues to key stakeholders in each production area as well as for suppliers.
Provide guidance, based on experience and expertise, to continuously improve vehicle quality and dependability.
Make necessary repairs, after analysis, to failed vehicles to guarantee customer satisfaction and dependability.
Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety ManagementSystem (SMS) requirements.
Meet all other requirements as assigned.

Education:
2 year Technical degree preferred
Related Experience:
2 – 4 years job related experience preferred Automotive production experience desired

Additional Information:
