This position is responsible for the proper assembly of our products and changeover of the assembly process to meet order demands.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

• You shall carry out all your responsibilities by applying and maintaining a culture of ethics and integrity in accordance with the values ​​and standards of our Code of Conduct and Compliance Management System
• Adhere to all Health, Safety & Environmental requirements that are defined within set work instructions
• With direct guidance in a team environment, perform routine product assembly within the allotted cycle time
• Understand and follow plant safety rules including safe lifting practices and safe machine operation.
• Maintain quality requirements in accordance with company standards. Responsibly for reporting quality defects and preventing defects from moving from his/her current station to the next station in the assembly line.
• Maintain 5S in the work area and look for continuous improvement opportunities
• Perform multiple operations through job rotation assignments
• Follow standard work procedures to perform operation(s)
• All other duties as assigned Qualifications (knowledge, skills, and abilities):
• Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
• Ability to meet production line rate
• 1-2 years of previous manufacturing/assembly experience preferred
• Must be able to follow directions clearly
• Written and Verbal Communication required
• Ability to operate general tools for production
• Read, write, and interpret job related documents/manuals

• 40 hours per week is required
