Production Worker River Bend Molding Inc 1661 Airport Rd, Ozark, AR 72949 Overview We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidates will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in various aspects of production, including assembly, fabrication, and the use of power tools. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency and quality of our production lines. Responsibilities Operate and maintain machinery and equipment on the assembly line. Assemble and fabricate components according to specifications and quality standards. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various production tasks. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and enhance productivity. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Assist in inventory management and organization within the warehouse. Experience Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or similar environment is preferred. Familiarity with operating forklifts is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Experience working on an assembly line or in warehouse settings is advantageous. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
