Production Worker Black Sheep Egg Company 400 SW Memorial Dr, Walnut Ridge, AR 72476 Overview We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced Egg production facility. As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the cleaning and packaging process, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively within an assembly line environment. Responsibilities Paying close attention to detail throught the production process. Work on the egg production line checking for bad product. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards. Assist in the movement of materials within the factory or warehouse as needed. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment. Qualifications Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing facility is preferred. Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques. Ability to operate forklifts and other machinery is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to lift and move materials as required, ensuring physical capability for the role. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
