General Production Worker Job Description We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for spot welding and powder coating parts following specific work instructions. This role also includes maintaining a clean work environment, performing inspections, monitoring weld quality, dressing weld tips, and adhering to all safety protocols. Responsibilities Spot weld and powder coat parts per work instructions. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Perform inspections and monitor weld quality. Dress weld tips as required. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain safe work practices. Essential Skills General labor skills Experience with stick welding Ability to work with sheet metal Experience in packaging Proficient with power tools and hand tools Additional Skills & Qualifications Willingness to learn every part of the process Previous experience with sheet metal and production is a plus Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Middletown, Connecticut. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $17.00/hr.
