We’re looking for a Customer Service & Print Production Specialist who will be the key link between our clients and our production team—making sure every job is accurate, on time, and stress-free for the customer.

What You’ll Do:

Act as a primary point of contact for clients—responding promptly and professionally to phone, email, and in-person inquiries. Help customers clarify job specifications, deadlines, and options while providing knowledgeable, friendly guidance. Coordinate with the production team to ensure client needs and timelines are met. Accurately process print orders, monitor job progress, and communicate updates to clients. Manage multiple client requests and production tasks simultaneously without missing details. Handle challenges and last-minute changes calmly and creatively, always keeping the customer informed. Occasionally assist with light production tasks (e.g., printing or proof checks) to support the team and ensure quality.

What You Bring:

Strong customer service experience, ideally in a fast-paced or production-focused environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills—you’re approachable, confident, and clear. A positive attitude, especially when multitasking or solving unexpected issues. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with good follow-through. Familiarity with the printing industry or print production is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person. Ability to stay composed under pressure, prioritize well, and adapt quickly to shifting needs. Team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
