Embroidery Quality Control / Trimming Top Tier Graphics Inc•Newberry, FL Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM•5:00 PM Are you someone with a keen eye for detail and a solid work ethic? Do you enjoy hands-on work and being part of a fast-paced production team? Top Tier Graphics Inc , a leader in custom apparel and embroidery, is seeking a full-time team member to join our Embroidery department in a Quality Control / Trimming role.

Key Responsibilities:

Trim excess backing from embroidered garments Clip stray threads and perform quality inspections Fold, count, and neatly box completed orders for delivery Assist with maintaining a clean and organized production area Potential opportunity to train and assist with operating embroidery machines

Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours/day) Ability to lift boxes up to 50 pounds Strong attention to detail—precision is everything Ability to work efficiently and keep pace with production schedules Positive attitude and a team-focused mindset

Compensation:

Starting at $14/hour Increased to $15/hour after 90-day probationary period (based on performance)
