Embroidery Operator Superior Cleaners / Sister Susies Macclenny, FL 32063 Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of precision manufacturing processes and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery such as presses, milling machines, and lathes to produce high-quality components. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance. Utilize precision measuring instruments, including micrometers, to verify the dimensions of finished products. Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) standards. Program and operate CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) systems for efficient production processes. Collaborate with team members in a warehouse environment to meet production goals. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic repairs as needed. Skills Proficiency in operating presses, milling machines, lathes, and other manufacturing equipment. Strong knowledge of precision measuring instruments such as micrometers. Familiarity with GD&T principles for quality assurance in manufacturing processes. Experience with CAM programming is highly desirable. Ability to use hand tools effectively for machine setup and maintenance. Welding skills are a plus but not mandatory. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
